KMET – Silence
Florian from KMET got in touch having read our interview with his friend B.Fleischmann. His new LP “Smiling Eye” (on Konkord 103) is out on the 2nd of March this year. Here’s the first single called “Silence”. It puts me in mind of Al Stewart, Laurence Juber and even a little Cat Stevens. The guitar playing is exquisite with some lovely bluesy inflections, the song ruminative, the video ingenious in its simplicity, and an obvious display of the joy Florian takes in his music.
