Super World Indie Tune Of The Day -07.05.2020. Meno – Better Heart.
You wait ages for one member of Gin Ga to come along and then two arrive at once. We covered the new tune by Eugene Delta a couple of weeks back and he pops up here again on guest vocals with old comrade Meno. “Better Heart” is a classic break-up pop song, chock-full of hooks from the zany keys to the aching AH AH AH AH, it’s immediately catchy and it’s curiously uplifting. In short – LOVE IT.
Meno says “I recorded and produced this song in 2017/2018 and it already doesn’t feel like something I would do today. This is the last song I’ll be releasing of this Era. New and fresh material which is quite different (for better or worse) is coming in the next few weeks.”
If they are of this quality we can’t wait.
