Well as Friday evening approaches, I am feeling rather frivolous, and then this beautiful mix of French pop and J-pop caught my ever-bending ear and I was hooked. It’s Kumisolo with “La Tête Ailleurs” (AlterK). The funny thing is , I heard the tune before I saw the video and it made me think of Singing In The Rain and someone skipping down Grafton Street in a yellow raincoat, the image of the yellow raincoat was particularly vivid….imagine my surprise when I watched the video just now….well, see for yourself, it did make me smile. I think I might even have chuckled.
