theAngelcy are an Israeli six-piece, founded in Tel Aviv in 2011. Their debut album, Exit Inside, is a beautifully cohesive piece of work, mixing blues, reggae, cabaret and middle-eastern influences to superb effect. The music veers from the deeply introspective to the joyful, often within the same song. Check them out – they are definitely a band to watch in 2016 🙂
